Canyonleigh Retreat has collaborated with experts who have been in the food industry for over 30 years to design and implement a series of food security workshops to enhance our understanding of the food chain and help us become food independent.
Today, our single biggest responsibility is the food security of those we love. We currently live in an uncertain environment and we must take decisive steps to understand the changing world of food and how it will impact us. Canyonleigh Retreat will take you on an exciting journey for two days filled with information, insight, discovery of ancient food, history & evolution of food, current market trends, threats and being food self-sufficient. In a highly interactive environment with like minded people, our workshop presenter is a fourth generation farmer who has consulted for the food industry dealing with different brands for 15 years; an expert in food retail policy and planning and a passionate food lover.
